Feared prison gang boss's release delayed - UPI.com: "This week's scheduled release of a reputed Maryland prison gang boss has been postponed by a new murder charge, officials say.
Perry Roark, 42, who has been jailed since a 1991 robbery at an 84 Lumber store in Dundalk, completes his sentence Tuesday. But three informed law enforcement sources tell the Baltimore Sun he has been served with a warrant for the killing of inmate George Hartman, who was beaten to death in 1994.
Authorities have dreaded the release of Roark, reputed founder of Dead Man Inc., a violent all-white gang that has been increasingly active outside the walls, the report said. The new charge postpones that day."
