‘Enough is Enough' worried about another possibly gang-related murder in Fort Pierce as 3 detectives investigate » TCPalm.com: "Three police detectives now are assigned to the latest possibly gang-related murder that is unnerving residents.

It is the second such day since Nov. 14, when three people died in separate incidents.

'This is disheartening,' said Cleaver Hayling, an organizer with the Enough is Enough initiative supported by City Commissioner Reginald Sessions.

Having another fatal shooting, this time at 5:16 a.m. Saturday, at a crowded street corner, means, 'We have come together as a community to combat this violence,' Hayling said.

So far there has been one arrest in the case, which involves a disturbance in the midst of about 50 people Saturday outside Wilson's pool hall on Avenue D. There, a bystander, Sylvia Ann Jackson, 49, of Fort Pierce, was fatally shot twice, according to police who quoted one witness as saying six of 10 males in the street were armed."
